GLYCOLON™ is absorbable monofilament structure provides excellent handling properties, does not wick bacteria, and allows for atraumatic passage through the tissue. Glycolon™ maintains 50% of its tensile strength for 11-13 days.

PGA RESORBA® is an absorbable surgical suture that is precision-braided from thin PGA filaments and encapsulated in a thin coating to reduce surface friction. 50% of tensile strength is lost in 18 days. This suture offers outstanding suppleness and very high tear resistance.

MOPYLEN® is non-absorbable monofilament suture based on Polypropylen. It is hydrophobic, i.e., it absorbs practically no water and is chemically inert. 

MOPYLEN® is an ideal skin suture, especially in plastic surgery and anywhere, where an excellent cosmetic result is critical.

NYLON is a monofilament extruded thread made from polyamide. Because of its high tensile strength, even when the fibre diameter is very fine, NYLON is particularly suitable for very fine suturing in microsurgery. Polyamides can bind up to 10% water.

DENTOFIL™ PTFE suture is an ideal suture for dental bone grafting and implant procedures where a soft monofilament suture is desirable. Cytoplast™ PTFE suture’s monofilament construction doesn’t allow bacterial wicking into the surgical site, and unlike most monofilament sutures, patients like it because it is soft.
